NuMe ships internationally.

Our products are special and packaged with the greatest care, so you receive them in perfect condition. The NuMe customer service team is ready to help you with all aspects of the shipping and delivery of your order, so please contact us with any questions or concerns. We want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order. All orders made before 1 PM PST are shipped the same day; orders after 1 PM are shipped the following day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • It can take up to 4 days for your tracking information to appear. Rarely, tracking details may not update, but you will still receive your order.
  • We ship every NuMe product from our warehouse in Los Angeles.
  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Please note that if an incomplete or incorrect address is given, or if details are missing, it may delay processing. We suggest that you review your shipping and billing information before checking out to avoid unnecessary delays. Should any of your shipping information have been entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately to make changes.
  • If you experience a problem with your tracking number or the delivery of your order, please contact the courier directly before contacting NuMe. If a package is delivered but not received, we are only able to reship the order. Refunds can not be issued for missing packages with a delivery confirmation from the courier. 
  • If the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us.
  • Shipping fees for all orders are nonrefundable.


  • Orders shipped within the U.S. and its territories may take up to 7 business days -- longer during the holidays.
  • We use FedEx and USPS for all shipping.
  • We cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries, even with Express Shipping.


  • Orders shipped internationally will depend on the country, but are usually delivered within 7 to 25 days -- additional delays may occur during the holidays.
  • International orders require more time for shipping since they must pass through Customs before reaching the final carrier.
